Ministries

Worship

Responsibilities: Oversee regular Sunday worship services; provide training for worship leaders and praise teams.

Vision: To facilitate a deeper connection with God within the community through collective worship.

Disciple Training

Primary Goal: To nurture the spiritual lives of our members and develop pastoral talent, ensuring that Blessed Minority Christian Fellowship (BMCF) remains a sustainable church that supports fellowships and ministries in other Chinese-speaking regions.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Leadership Development: Preparing successors for teaching and pastoral roles (strengthening faith and pastoral support).

  • Curriculum Development: Establishing a systematic faith training program, including the “Foundations of Faith” series (101: Knowing the Church; 201: Knowing Yourself; 301: Knowing God; 401: Knowing Your Spiritual Gifts) and the 501 Leadership Training Course.

  • Content Creation: Writing and developing original disciple training materials.

  • Guest Speakers: Inviting external speakers to enrich our spiritual growth.

Fellowship Development

Core Belief: “We are brothers and sisters in Christ.”

Because of God’s love, we break down barriers to know, understand, and love one another. We organize activities to create a sense of “home,” providing a safe environment where brothers and sisters feel willing to connect and together build the Body of Christ.

Social Justice

Core Belief: We firmly believe that the Christian faith is inseparable from society. As Christ’s representative on Earth, one of the Church’s purposes is to serve society and its people. Christians are called to represent Christ, embody His spirit, and “act justly and love mercy” by entering into the community through incarnation.

Purpose: To encourage brothers and sisters to pay attention to marginalized groups and social issues, promoting community service and speaking out against injustice.

Mission Ministry

The Mission Department is responsible for local and overseas evangelism and outreach activities to reach both believers and non-believing friends.

Scope of Ministry:

  • Oversee international mission work and provide support to churches and fellowships abroad (e.g., sending leaders for sharing sessions and workshops).

  • Maintain strong relationships with overseas churches.

  • Encourage church members to care for, support, or actively participate in mission work.
