Lead pastor on Galatians 2:15-21. Justification by faith — not by works of the law — births a new life and a new people. In Christ the old categories of belonging are crucified; a new community arises whose citizenship is in the Kingdom of God.

Rev. Po Kam-cheong on 1 Corinthians 1:10-31 and Ephesians 4:1-13. The early church wrestled with division and faction; today’s church faces the same. From conflict to communion is not the absence of difference but the discipline of love — bearing one another, walking toward unity together.

Mr. Wong Tin-sang on John 21:1-14. After the crucifixion the disciples return to fishing — to old patterns, to disappointment. The risen Christ meets them on the shore, calls them to cast again, fills the empty net. Courage to set out anew is born in the encounter with Christ.

Lead pastor on 2 Timothy 1:1-8, Ephesians 4:2, and 1 Peter 2:21. Christian perseverance is not the absence of mistakes but the choice to keep walking through them. Faith is forged in failure as much as in faithfulness, and Christ’s example is to bear with one another in love.

Lead pastor on 2 Timothy 1:1-8. Paul writes from prison to Timothy: do not be ashamed of the gospel, do not abandon the race. The Spirit God gave us is not of fear but of power, love, and self-discipline. Keep running.

Rev. Ngeo Boon Lin on Matthew 4:1-11. The wilderness temptations of Jesus expose three primal hungers — for bread, for spectacle, for power. To face temptation rightly is to know yourself: where you crave, where you reach, and where Christ’s no becomes your own.

Jason Ho on Mark 9:5-6, the Transfiguration. Peter wants to build three booths — to fix the moment, to stay. But the new way is descent: down the mountain into ordinary life, where the glory carried within meets the suffering of the world.
