Rules and Regulations:
- Renters must adhere to the rules set forth here. BMCC reserves the right to end the rental agreement without refunds for parties who break the rules.
- Our center is available from 9 am to 10 pm daily
- Max capacity at 60 people
- No smoking, gambling, or other activities that may be deemed illegal. Renters assume all legal responsibilities while using the space
- Unless with our explicit approval, eating or drinking is not allowed
- Unless with our explicit approval, pets are not allowed
- Unless with our explicit approval, fundraising, trading, selling, or commercial activities are not allowed
- Unless with our explicit approval, you may not redecorate or take images or videos of the area
- You may show up 15 minutes before your allotted time for preparations but must clean leave the space on time

Basic Facilities include:
- Sanctuary space approx 700 sqft, Activity space approx 500
- Lighting, Air conditioning, unisex bathroom
- PA system with sound output, projector, 4 wireless microphones, mac computer
- long tables and 50 folding chairs
Various other equipments are available upon request for an additional fee.
