BMCC’s 28 July 2025 submission to the LegCo Bills Committee supporting passage of the Same-Sex Partnership Registration Bill. The submission documents real cases from BMCC members — medical-decision exclusion, unrecognised overseas marriages, psychological trauma, transgender and rental difficulties — and proposes refinements including expanded recognition, cross-statute coordination, and non-discrimination in administration.

This essay traces baptism from its Jewish mikveh origins through John the Baptist’s reformist call to repentance, and explores BMCC’s understanding — drawing from Reformed theology, Evangelicalism, and ancient spiritual practice — as a threefold public declaration: to God, to witnesses, and to the spiritual realm.

On 24 March 2024, “CP” was commissioned as a BMCC missionary. In this testimony they share their journey from a conservative Christian upbringing through years of self-denial, to finding BMCC in 2009, joining as a co-worker in 2015, completing Satir family therapy and BMCC’s 101–401 discipleship, marrying their partner, and now leading the couples’ small group.

Ngeo Boon Lin (United Church of Christ), BMCC announces two new missionaries — Su Chin Pang and Cheng Tsz-hong (Pastor Hong).
